  I’m not sure if they make your neck thicker, however they do increase muscle mass, if combined with exercise. Therefore it would make sense that this effect translates itself to the neck. However, I do know that it does cause men to increase their secretion of oestrogen hormone nd therefore to cause mammary gland growth.
