      To improve your stamina or aerobic fitness what you should do is an activity like cycling or running that you can do at a speed you can continue with for about 15-20 minutes to start with. The pace should feel fairly easy but faster than a fast walk. As you get fitter, you’ll find that this speed becomes easier, so you should start to increase the time you run for, although this should not be more than ~10% each time. So if you start out at 20 minute runs, progress to 22, 24 etc…
