Sorry, I’m not too sure what you mean by all the systems. Do you mean how many organs/systems does the body have? Please try ask another question with it explained.

Maybe you mean the energy systems? ATP-PC system, Anaerobic system and aerobic system. Basically these systems are used for different types of exercise. ATP-PC, very short sprints; Anaerobic, sort duration sprints about 2 minutes, aerobic, long exercise around 1 hour or so.

As Justin has explained the energy systems, I’ll go a little broader in case that was the aim…

You’ll generally see the following body systems being categorised separately: (a) the cardiovascular system, (b) the pulmonary/respiratory system (c) the renal system – kidneys, blood filtering, (d) the immune and lymphatic system, (e) the nervous system – including the brain, (f) the reproductive system, (g) the endocrine system – hormones and their glands, (h) the skeletal system, (i) the muscular system, (j) the integumentary system – skin, hair etc. (k) the digestive system, (l) the urinary system.

Sometimes, people talk/write about an integrative system (sense and motor control of limbs), but essentially it’s a mix of the nervous and muscular systems.

Apparently, you can survive without one of these systems (although it’d have big knock-on effects). Can you guess which it is…? A clue – it’s ironic, as this system was very important in creating you in the first place!
