It is very difficult to try keep track of everyone in the world and know when a baby is born. But we can estimate using the information we have of how quickly a population is growing in a particular country.
The information we have for 2009 was that 220,980 babies were born every day. Which is the same as 155 babies born every minute.
I’m afraid I don’t know. I presume you mean on a global scale? If so, the United Nations does keep statistics about such issues (in their Department of Social and Economic Affairs). I’d try Googling that and see if you can find out.
If you like global statistics about important issues, also have a look at the World Health Organisation website. There are some very interesting statistics on there, about global health and disease.

Yep now imagine trying to keep feeding all these people! No wonder we’re trying to create more space by removing trees everywhere!
