      Nope; a stroke happens due to a heart attack.

      When the heart stops beating in a heart attack, blood is no longer pumped around the body. This means that organs like the brain does not receive oxygen or nutrients. If it doesn’t receive the oxygen/nutrients it needs then a part of the brain will die off because it cannot survive. When part of the brain dies, this is known as having a stroke.
