This would probably depend on what you mean by healthy but I would say that any form of exercise will make you healthier. Most people assume thinner means healthier but this is not true. A good diet consisting of very minimal processed foods and some exercise is probably a good recipe for general health.

it doesnt really matter what sport you do as long as you do regular exercise.

I would say so. Normally try to get about 30 minutes of exercise a day. But remember what yound at is just as important.
