• Question: whay arent human as efficent as animals at absorbing flax seed oil ?

      I have no idea. I know flax seed has high alpha-linolenic acid, an omega-3 fatty acid. Another PhD student in my office said it maybe that humans do take up this form of omega-3 as efficient but we are not sure. can you give me a link to a website or book that says that animals are better at absorbing flax seed oil than humans and I will investigate!!!
