      To lose weight it has to be through exercise and eating healthy.

      To be healthy you have to follow one simple rule: Energy in (food) must equal Energy out (Sports/exercise).

      If you eat too much food but do not do enough sport then you will gain weight. So to lose weight you should basically be using up more energy in sport than you are taking in by food.

      The sport that scientists say burn the most calories, and so will help you lose weight fastest, is swimming. But any sport will help you lose weight!
